One of our first full renovations in the Hillsboro / Belmont neighborhood. Even at just over 2000 sq/ft it's amazing what can be done with proper space planning. As with many houses in this area expanding isn't always very easy because of lot limitations, so going upward was the only good option. Adding a second floor guest suite and study really gave the home added flexibility for today's family. |
